VIVID AUDIO products are manufactured to stringent quality standards. However, if things go wrong with the product, VIVID AUDIO SCHWEIZ warrants free of charge labour (exclusion may apply) and spare parts within Switzerland for a period of 2 years.
This warranty:
- is valid for products purchased from an authorised VIVID AUDIO dealer.
- is valid from the buying date for a period of two years for passive loudspeakers and is limited to the repair of the equipment.
Transport, nor any other costs, nor any risk for removal, transportation and installation of products is covered by this warranty.
Is not applicable:
- in cases other than defects in materials and/or workmanship at the time of purchase
- for damages caused by incorrect installation,.
- for damages caused by any use other than correct use described in the user manual, negligence, modifications, or use of parts that are not made or authorised by Vivid Audio.
- for damages caused by faulty ancillary equipment connected to our speakers causing burn outs of drive units.
- for damages caused by accidents, lightning, water, fire heat, war or public disturbances
- for products whose serial number has been deleted or made illegible.
- if repairs were made by others than a Vivid Audio authorised service person.
